All orders are dispatched from Thailand or Malaysia, depending on stock availability.

🚚 Southeast Asia (SEA) Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to:
Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days
Estimated order processing time: 3-5 business days

✈️ International Shipping

We ship worldwide using reliable international express services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Asia Pacific: 5-10 business days

  • Middle East: 5-10 business days

  • Europe: 5-15 business days

  • North America: 10-21 business days (Standard) / 3-7 business days (Express)

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5-10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on region and selected service.

📌 Delayed Orders

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you with an updated estimated arrival date.
For UK and EU consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights.

📬 Delayed / Damaged / Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your parcel has been dispatched, DEEMON is not responsible for delays, damage in transit, or lost/stolen packages.
For any delivery issues, please contact the local carrier using your tracking number - and we’ll be here to assist where possible.

🧾 Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs taxes or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These costs are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, no refund will be issued.
