❌ Incorrect or Mismatched Products

If the item you received does not match the product description, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  1. The date you received the item

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the product

  4. Proof that the item is in brand-new, unworn condition
    (with original packaging and tags)

We’ll review your request and handle eligible cases individually with care.

📝 General Notes

  • We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged through misuse.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is confirmed to be our error.

  • Packages rejected due to unpaid customs fees are not refundable.
